The task bar is not in a "hidden" mode. There is no response to dragging my pointer along top, sides or bottom (where it should be). I have moved the image of my desk top with my monitor controls to extreme positions in order to search the black space for the task bar. I have Windows 98SE. Please help me. Aud.

On my Windows system, creating a very small figure with no menu in the bottom left corner hides the figure completely beneath the Windows menu bar; I'm not sure if this has the same result on a Linux system. Since my XPe image is intended to look and feel like XP pro, is there some type of utility that can tell me the differences when I run the app? The windows fonts folder is identical to a XP pro machine. Is there something else that I'm missing, or a good way to troubleshoot this? Thanks.
